4️⃣Now, use your left hand to push the hoop to the right side of your body.
5️⃣While the hoop is on the right side of your body, let go of it with your left hand and let it roll over your back.

8️⃣While the hoop is on the left side of your body, let go of it with your right hand and let it roll over your back.
